These vintage  doll outfits are for Ken and the baby boy from Mattel's line.

The Ken outfit is a one-piece suit made to look like white dress pants, a light blue dress shirt with white collar and cuffs, elastic suspenders, and a pink tie. There's a pink heart on each velvety shirt cuff. The baby boy outfit is a jumper with a light blue diaper cover and ribbon suspenders with pink hearts.

Both of the outfits show some wear and dirt. The suspenders on Ken's outfit are stretched out and knotted at the top. The end of the ribbon tie is also fraying.

Ken outfit: 9 1/2 inches (24.1 cm) from shoulder to hem

Baby boy outfit: 2 inches (5.1 cm) from top of suspenders to crotch
